Coming Soon Online & In Person

2025 Dates TBA

This 100hr Embodied Feminine Arts Training is specifically for women’s pelvic & reproductive health, & is designed to offer empowering education on female anatomy, hormonal wellness & feminine well being.

The womb, pelvis & belly carry some of our oldest somatic memories, and hold many keys for our healing.

The Embodied Feminine Arts Training focuses on the cultivation of :

PELVIC EMBODIMENT, HEALING & RE-AWAKENING

We will share empowering education & evolving science on women’s physiology &  psychology. And discover the importance of pelvic & womb alignment for our overall wellbeing…. as well as our hormonal & reproductive health.

Over 80% of women hold chronic pelvic tension

By learning the specific self care techniques of Therapeutic Pelvic Care, Internal Yoni Mapping & the Arvigo Technique, we will learn how to palpably embody & orient to our internal pelvic landscape.

Learning an empowering self practice that uncovers internal areas of numbness, restriction, disconnection or pain, & supports the release of stored history & pelvic tension. Restoring blood flow & healthy muscle engagement,  increasing internal awareness, sensitivity & orgasmic potential, & supporting a woman’s thriving pelvic health & holistic well being.

We live in a time where the Yang qualities of goal orientation, directional focus, achievement, & "getting shit done" in the world, saturate our value system. Within the last 60 years, inspired women of the western world have duplicated this potent Yang focus in order to courageously stake their equality & autonomy & express their voice & contribution in the world. As a result women are well on the way to re-instating their social, political & economic freedom . And yet when relentless yang outward moving energy is not balanced with equal priority for yin inward moving energy, this imminently leads to the detriment of our physical & psycho- emotional health, as women. And often manifests as hormonal & reproductive disorders, depression, anxiety & burn out .

We are now coming to realise that true equality & liberation lies in equally valuing, understanding & embodying the inherent quality of Yin, the Feminine Essence.  Yin qualities include Embodiment & the subsequent access to Somatic & Emotional Intelligence that an inward lens invokes. Informing greater Self awareness & thus conscious relationship within & without. Inviting the potential to create both heart & earth centred community & self referencing our true source of freedom within our own beings .

    Embodied Unwinding & Embodied Presencing

There is a current of intelligent life force that circulates inside the meridian matrix flowing within the fluids of our connective tissue.  When surrendered to in Embodied Unwinding Practice, this current of energy has the power to unravel the postured conditioning of the mind’s illusory stories of separation, WITHIN THE BODIES TISSUE. It is the expression of the wisdom of our bodymind.

An innate intelligence that spontaneously unwinds the tension stored in our fascia, created from identifying with thoughts & behaviours that are out of alignment with our True Nature.

Subsequently creating space for infinite insight & knowing to arise in & through our BODIES & repattern our nervous systems from the inside out.

This current permeates through all the unconscious places of hiding from the truth of who we are & translates into directly experiential shifts in perception & behaviour, melting the heart open to experience the uncontrived Love & Wholeness that is our birth right.

Tina Nance

Tina Nance has been practicing Yoga, Dance & Embodiment  for over 25 years and teaching Yoga, Embodied Unwinding and Women's work around the globe since 2001, in classes, workshops, retreats and teacher trainings.

Tina works within the understanding that the majority of the contractions of the body-mind, are a manifestation of an identification with thoughts and behaviors that are misaligned with the truth of who we are. Tina's yoga & embodiment practices are therefore focused on consciously unraveling our body-mind's contractions with compassionate embodied awareness.

Cultivating the art of deep presence, and conscious breath, Tina's Embodiment practice has become vastly non linear in nature. Tapping into the body's innate intelligence that unravels & re-aligns us from the inside out.

Tina specialises in Yoga Therapy for Women's Wellness, travelling and teaching throughout Australia, Europe and Asia.

Tina is currently a resident yoga teacher & teacher trainer at The Yoga Barn in Bali, Indonesia, teaching regular classes, workshops, retreats & teacher trainings.

Kay Balnaves

Therapist & Educator
Women’s Pelvic Health

Kay has dedicated over 8,000 hours as a Therapist and Educator, supporting clients to restore pelvic health, and well-being. Her work integrates her in-depth experience as a therapist with 13 years experience as a Yoga Teacher, and specialties in Yoga Therapeutics, Pelvic Floor Yoga Therapy, Embodiment & Somatic Movement, and the Taoist Healing Arts.

Kay believes that it is every woman’s birthright to feel safe, welcome and fully at home within her being, and to be empowered with education and tools that support her to care for her sacred anatomy.  She is passionate about bringing comprehensive and empowering education on pelvic health into yoga, movement and wellness spaces in a way that supports and celebrates a return to our natural wisdom.

Over the years, Kay has recognized a significant gap between the information being offered in global wellness spaces on pelvic health and healing, and the reality of what many are experiencing ~ today.

Whether looking at the collective themes from a western or eastern perspective, at the core of the many physical manifestations ~ is often an essential disconnect.  A disconnect from one's capacity to authentically connect, ground into and move from their seat of power.  Every pelvis has a unique story, and a lifetime of experiences that culminate in what is being experienced today, and there is no one size fits all technique that will support the needs of every body.

During this training, Kay will share a dedicated module on the foundations of Therapeutic Pelvic Care. The module is designed to provide essential pelvic education, therapeutic tools and practices designed to support and empower each woman with the tools to care for her unique and sacred anatomy in Yoga, Movement & Wellness spaces.

Kay is currently located in Bali, Indonesia where she supports clients in person and online, as well as teaching trainings, workshops and retreats throughout Europe, Asia & Australia.
