In this restoring practice we will explore asanas that optimize chi flow throughout our spine. Through gentle back bends & forward bends we nourish the central nervous system & tonify our kidney chi, thereby reversing the stress response & recharging our batteries. And through long held twists we massage our abdominal organs, while simultaneously stimulating the acupoints at each vertebrae of the spine that influence chi flow into the 12 main organ systems of our body.
